We offer you a 40-day exchange policy and a 30-day return policy. EXCHANGE (free return shipping) If you simply want to exchange for a different size or color, or choose a completely different product, you are welcome to do so — we will cover the return shipping costs. FULL RETURN (return shipping costs from €10) If you would like a full return, the amount minus return shipping costs will be refunded to your account as soon as we have received the product. HOW TO DO IT: Enter your email address and order number, and select the items you want to exchange or return. You can find your order number in the order confirmation sent to your email from kundeservice@hscph.com. Once you have completed your return, you will be able to access a UPS return label in the portal, which you must print and attach to the package.
