The just four-month-old SaaS company Returnflows is now ramping up both its ambitions and pace. The company is merging with the agency that developed the original prototype.
"Since the beginning of the year, we have been scaling down operations at the agency, which means that only one developer remains working on final projects as of today." says Alfred Pries Jensen, Partner at DaxMedia, who will be responsible for product development in the new venture.
The parties report that the entire DaxMedia team has wished to transition from the agency to the new mission.
Part of It From the Start
"DaxMedia has essentially been with us the whole way as they assisted us from the very development of the original prototype" says Jeppe Østergaard Hansen, CEO at Returnflows, adding that "it became clear to me how valuable a real partnership could be, and we therefore initiated the dialogue relatively quickly thereafter."
"For as long as I can remember, we have felt the need for a solution like Returnflows through our clients at DaxMedia, and that was also the foundation for developing the initial prototype – and for us now going all-in" says Alfred Pries Jensen.
Big Plans
The parties report that there has been enormous natural interest in hearing more about Returnflows.
"In recent months, we have confirmed that the need we saw among our clients at DaxMedia definitely exists in the market among other webshops" says Jeppe Rank Franzen, Partner at DaxMedia and now CTO at Returnflows.
About Returnflows Systems ApS
- Returnflows is a SaaS tool that helps Shopify-based webshops convert up to 50% of return volume into gift cards and exchanges.
- Despite being less than 6 months old, webshops such as Skagen Clothing, Din Vintage Shop, and Globe Studios are already using Returnflows.
About DaxMedia ApS
- DaxMedia is a technical web and video agency employing a young team of six specialists from their office in Østerbro, Copenhagen.
- The agency has assisted a broad clientele, with a particular focus on e-commerce.
- For the fiscal year 2024, the agency expects to land a result of DKK 2.5 - 2.7 million (EBITDA).
