
In fashion, returns are an inevitable byproduct. With Returnflows, the returns process has been moved into the online store, allowing customers to exchange without friction. The result is fewer refunds – and significantly more retained revenue.
Oversized Lifting Club’s previous return solution did not support exchanges, so customers had to place a new order if, for example, they wanted to swap for a different size.
Almost since the early days of Returnflows, Oversized Lifting Club has been using the solution and now offers a self-service flow where customers can choose everything from gift cards and exchanges to preferred carrier – and, most importantly, gain full visibility over the returns process.

Not only have exchanges become possible, but Returnflows also enables customers to swap for more expensive and/or additional products. This has resulted in a significant volume of upsells among Oversized Lifting Club’s customers.
The results speak for themselves. In May, June, and July alone – a 90-day period – exchange value amounted to 206,703.99 DKK, corresponding to 46.8% of the return value.
