• Returns are created directly in SmartPack using the tracking number
• Exchanges are automatically placed on hold and released based on your settings in Returnflows
• Returns can be completed directly via SmartPack’s handheld terminal

This means the warehouse continues to use SmartPack as usual – but the customer experience on the other side is significantly improved.
